The dual swing arms make it very easy to move and position over the stove, and it feels solid and well-made. The water flow is strong, which makes filling pots much faster and more convenient. This worked out great for my project. Used it for a dog water bowl filler. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cheap thread tape they send with it. I knew better than to use it but gave it a shot and it leaked so save yourself some time and use quality thread tape or pipe dope

Upgraded kitchen recently and wanted to add a pot filler faucet addition. I picked the WoWoW pot filler faucet in brushed nickel and wasn't disappointed. The quality is good, the install was ease and the looks as good as they get. Price was great and durability appears to be good also. I use it almost every day and since install it has't failed me. By the way, it does come with an extra cartridge in the event the original starts leaking. 3 Thumbs up.

I hate to leave negative reviews but figured others should be warned. I purchased this about a year ago for our new house - the pot filler looks really good and at first seemed to work great. However about 6 months into use (we don’t use this much either), there was a leak at the joint in the swing arm. I tightened the Allen screw once and seemed to fix it, only to have it leak again pretty bad a few days later. Leaks in these faucets are really bad because of course there’s no drain over the stove so it becomes a critical plumbing issue right away. Although I didn’t want to spend the money on delta, I ended up buying their pot filler so we’ll see how that goes. Swapping this for the delta was kind of a hassle because of the different screws, different required pipe lengths, etc. I hope this doesn’t leak for you but for us the picture shows the unit in the trash right now after I just spend the time changing it out today :( I’m thinking whoever manufactured this did barely any quality control on the unit or just completely ignored the leak failures….

LOVE THE PRODUCT!!! Arrived without any issues, packaged great, no damage. Easy to install. great value. Water pressure and functionality on point. Looks great and got a lot of compliments!!! Would order again!!

Have been using this for close to a year and have no regrets. Functions well, valves don't leak, finish is good, elbows remain tight, installation went well.

2 stars as the color is wrong ! The item arrived in a different color than what was ordered and described. I selected polished nickel, but received a bright champagne tone instead, which was disappointing. That said, the material quality is good and aligns with the product description. The plumber also confirmed that the overall build and finish are solid.

We were really impressed with this. Came beautifully packaged and looks incredibly solid. (Comparable to Moen/delta which we had both previously) Needed a larger brass fitting and contacted service. Quick to respond and sent one. Struggled with constant leaking during dyi install and service helped with suggestions. Still new so can’t speak to durability.
