I purchased this to use when I'm coloring my hair. It's difficult to see the back and areas behind my ears. It was a reasonable price, so I decided to give it a try. This mirror exceeded my expectations. It's sturdy, seems well made and the mirrors are clear and not distorted. It came packaged in its own box and the mirrors and the exterior are covered in a thin protective plastic. The plastic easily peeled off. The extender hooks tuck into the frame, and the mirror can be tucked into the box when not being used. I hung it over my bathroom door and it's perfect, I can see all angles of my head. I asked Amazon to put it into their box because I was worried that it could break in transit if not in a separate box. Recommend you do that if you order it. Amazon padded their box with crumbled paper and the mirror arrived safe and sound. Hope this is helpful.

This is a perfect 3 way mirror. You can use it anywhere. It folds up great and travels well. If you need that extra mirror when you travel get one. It fits great in luggage and takes up very little space

Not extremely sturdy but works well to see the back of my head when I color my hair. Makes that much less of a chore. The adjustable hanger is really helpful
