Can you ship them bare root with no soil? Would this satisfy the restriction from the usda? I live in az

Hello, sorry, we cannot ship any piece or component of our citrus to restricted states. If you can find a California grower you may have an easier chance of securing a finger lime. My apologies. Please note, the USDA prohibits us (as a Florida grower) from Shipping live plants to: AZ, CA, LA, TX, HI

can it survive where I live in Ohio?

If you keep it potted it is a citrus plant and cannot survive in cold weather. My sugestion is if you grow one keep it potted and take it out during summer but bring it inside during winter.

Is this a seedling or grafted tree?

I assumed it's grafted, but I really don't know!

Since florida law prohibits citrus to be shipped in by other states & you are based in florida, do you have or can you get me a buddahs hand tree ?

I do not live in Florida. I live in Oregon.
