They should be shielded, as any cable carrying information should be. This cable is. 2. They should have good quality ends that wont allow for much wiggle room when inserted into the jack 3. In this day and age, they should be Cat6 and up since gig+ speeds are becoming more popular This checks all the boxes. You do not need a $40 ethernet cable built with a meteorite from 2 million years ago and crocodile leather for the cable jacket. Just get a cable and plug it in.

今迄、cat6/20m の極薄ケーブルを使っていて、取り回しは良かったのですが、強度不足でコネクター部分が直ぐに断線してしまっていました。この商品は、丈夫そうだったので、購入してみました。厚さは1.4mmから3.5mmに増えましたが、かなり丈夫そうです。そして、同じ20mですが、何度測っても、スピードが倍以上出る様になりました。コネクター部分もしっかりしていて、爪も破損しなさそうです。また、ケーブル固定用具が同梱されていて、壁面固定に役立ちました。
