Terrible product and service
I had ordered pastirma from Ohanyan before and had no problems This one came from another party (not ohanyan, someone from georgia a Bakkal something) it took forever to get to me more than a 10 days at the least and it has green mold in the vacuum package and it looks like mostly fat Will not order this again since it is not returnable it is going right into trash! What a fraud and waste of money!!!! Terribly dissatisfied and disappointed!

Tasted was great but much too salty
This was a gift. The recipient said it tasted very good but was so salty it overpowered the taste. I was recently in Turkey and tried pastirma numerous times. It was never too salty.

Good but
It’s good tasting but the pack I got was fatty. Removing that fat, will greatly reduce the already tiny and very expensive amount of basterma in this package.
