Are these genuine apple earpods? means no difference if i buy this or from apple store?

I purchased via PRIME here with the Apple store link, and I received genuine new Apple ear pods, in an Apple box. I suspect those that "did not receive new Apple ear pods" were trying to save 25 cents and buying from "other sellers" which is fairly well known to be a bad practice. LOL. Buy from the Apple store, get a real Apple product.

Mine were used and had a sticker on them saying "used - like new." They might have been originally Apple, but they were not new, so I returned them. (Ew.)

Are these the original apple earpods?

It's really hard for me to tell for sure but it's doubtful these are real Apple products. I've ordered these 3x in the last 6 weeks @ $19.99 ea + tax ($64.16). All went bad in the first week or so. Four Apple users in the house and we've all purchased what we "thought" were the real deal only to learn otherwise on Amazon. In my experience Apple EarPods just don't go bad that quickly.
