This printer was easy to set up and I started crafting right away. The only downside I see is the price of each ink - approximately $70 for each, and there are 4. Review: Broken parts - I was so excited but nervous at the same time to get my swg500 yesterday. Only to open it this morning and it has a broken hinge on the top lid where the print head is. And a long black thing sitting in side it not attached to any thing. In the back where the cord goes. It is crooked and loose. Such a dissappointment on this product for how much it cost. Tried to do a return and replacement. It looks like right now all I can do is return it. Then I have to reorder it.
