I use this to protect my DNA strands. I’ve never really gotten energy from it. I quit taking it for a half year and noticed the difference in my skin. I do take another brand but I liked this one the same.

Positive effects
A strange thing happened right after I started taking these PQQ... I have something wrong with my left eye. In the dark weather open or closed I see patterns of light like what you would see in a swimming pool where the sun hits the water... been happening for 2yrs now... if its really dark in a room its like being blind... first day I started taking this it stopped... if the issue comes back I will come back here and let you know... but for now its fantastic... as for other benefits I don't know yet... as of 4/4/2026

Atenção! Para atingir a dose de 40mg, vc deverá ingerir duas cápsulas. A verdade é que vc estará comprando um pote de 60 cápsulas para atingir 40 mg, ou seja, há uma intenção de enganar o consumidor ao dizer que são 120 cápsulas e de 40 mg! Isto não está claro na embalagem do produto.

No evita q olvide nada, pocas cosas se me olvida e incluso llego a olvidar cosas pero en el instante ya recuerdo detalles ( donde dejé algo, última vez y lugar donde lo vi) solo hay q ser constante

Para completar la dosis de 40mg son 2 pastillas no 1 como pense. Pero es un excelente prodcuto, da energia.
