I am very pleased with how well this product is controlling my sugar / carb cravings! If I forget to take it I have little control it seems! I think it helps keep candida levels of yeast lower in gut. That said I lost 3 lbs in first 2 wks then nothing in next 10 weeks. I cut calories and began exercising. I should lose about 35 lbs so it is not like I am trying to lose a very small amount. I have continued to buy for the appetite craving issue though. I do take prescriptions that can cause slow metabolism & weight gain though so that could be a factor. Totally worth a try for a few months though! I will continue to buy. Update: lost 3 more lbs. Bought another bottle.

I've been using this product for 9 months, with good results. Since I'm caffeine sensitive, I only take 1 per day rather than 2, but it still seems to help curb the cravings, and enhances my energy and stamina. Combined with a sensible diet, this is definitely taking the edge off of "dieting", making it a more pleasant experience. For me, it is a permanent lifestyle change rather than another fad diet, so I'm satisfied with a loss of 1-2 lbs. per wk. Our family's ND says it's better that way & we're much more likely to keep the weight off permanently, if we lose it slowly and consistently, adding herbal supplements to enhance our efforts, rather than relying on them solely. This product does exactly that.

Ok, product as another purchaser mentioned, really worked for me at first. For a month or so i felt little or no desire to eat for hours after taking two. Now on second bottle, i dont notice effect as much. I get it that I need to consider modifiing my food intake and use the natural supplement to "train" me, and it has helped. I'm not fully in a new habit yet. But closer. What is keeping me from 5 stars is the marketing. I will never go after the bait again. Grrr! A sticker on top of the bottle says where to go online to get a free one. Yeah, that sounds good right? This company really needs to step up to step up their game. I felt like i was "data mined" and left at sea with no follow up message. Finally about a month later, i get this card in my mail box. I try the site address and it fails. The site cannot be found. My confidence in the marketing is now dismal. Also makes me worry anout any associated products as i must move on to something i feel more trusting with. Confidence is not easy to restore once its broken : /

I am currently doing the HCG diet and ordered these to help with cravings. They did work to lessen my appetite, but I was shaking and my heart was palpitating (lasted about 5 hours) after taking just one capsule. I am sensitive to coffee and other caffeine products so I don’t fault the product. Just thought I’d pass on my experience.

I absolutely believe in Raspberry Ketones. It makes you feel like you have more energy for sure! It also subsides your appetite to not feeling hungry. I like the flavor and taste it leaves in the mouth. Pleasant on all count and it works. Paired with green coffee bean extract, you are good to go for hours without being hungry. I like that it has a residual effect because I didn’t take it for a couple of days because I didn’t feel good and I did not feel hungry. This is much better than the keto salts that are chemicals with side effect. I have no reaction whatsoever to this raspberry ketone and strongly recommend it as a dietary supplement to keep your weight down. Lost about 7Ib since I started using it.

I like these. I struggle with PCOS, and for those who don’t know the extent of it, weight sticks to your lower belly a lot of times, and it is more difficult for pcos women to lose that weight no matter how much they try. I workout, eat right, and drink water like crazy. I have had improvements prior to trying this but trying to curb my appetite was difficult. I wouldn’t say this will make you starve yourself and you’ll feel full all day, but it does help you realize you’re full so you don’t over eat. Diet, exercise and supplements. The first two are your key to losing weight. You cannot rely on a magic pill to do the work for you. Eat a balanced diet, work out even for 5 minutes a day or go on a walk, and drink your water. Also if you burp after taking these your mouth will taste like hot garbage.

Years ago I had tried a Raspberry Keystone product and it was like a miracle. I had lost 80 lbs in about a year. I was so happy. Unfortunately, after some issues with depression, I gained alot of it back. I decided to get myself out of the rut I was in and do something to help myself feel better again. I could not find the same brand I took before. Honestly, I purchased this brand over others because it promised a free bottle after I purchased the first. I figured, if it worked like the last time, that would be great. I have been taking this brand for about 2 months now, one a day with my biggest meal. I had taken the last brand several years ago this same way. So far I have only maintained my weight rather than loosing. Looking at the instruction I see that it says to take two. When they send me the free bottle I will do that and come back to update my progress. As of right now, all I can say is it helps a little to curb my appetite but I have not lost much if any weight. I am hoping with the next bottle, and a bit more effort with exercise, I will see more progress. Edit 8/26/20: After contacting the company to receive a free bottle 5 months ago I finally successfully received my free bottle last week. I will say the customer service for this company is VERY slow. However, they did follow through with the promise of a free bottle and I am now taking two a day. I will report any progress after taking it for a while.
