Excellent product. Easy to install. Uses very little room on the wall. Touchless dispenser system works every time. Having this dispenser keeps the sink cleaner and allowed us to be rid of the dirty looking soap residue that is common with other types of soap. We use foaming liquid soap in the container, and it works great.

I love this soap dispenser, works perfectly for my needs. No more fumbling around with plastic bottles. Just place your hand below and it dispenses the perfect amount of body wash, every time.

I installed the average quality plastic ones and replaced them twice. I decided to go with this cheaper version, with the idea that because it’s touchless, people won’t break it. So far it outlasted the one next to it so I’ll definitely buy these again. It dispenses the perfect amount, no leaking. It doesn’t look fancy, and it’s not fancy, but it’s simple and works great! One thing that surprised me, it has an on and off button. I would prefer for it not to have it so mean people don’t turn them off haha

Update review, The first product received was not great, it did not worked as expected, but customer servicee was great, they sent me another product very similar to the original, and I was able to test it , the sensor works great, the amount of soap is perfect , enough to clean your hands. I think this is a great product yo manage the soap liquid better. I would recommended

[UPDATE: After 2 weeks of minimal use, one of the unit started to leak from the dispenser nozzle, but oddly enough, only one drop in the first 24 hours and then no leaking after that! The other 3 work fine. Will contact customer service and see what they say...] Purchased 4 to try out during a 50% off sale. This is to replace the small portable hand-held liquid soap dispenser in our church bathrooms, that have to be frequently refilled and result in a lot of soap waste as some kids over-pump. We quit using the counter-mount Bobricks because they were difficult to maintain/clean, replacement parts were expensive, and didn't work well if the soap was too viscous (especially during winter). Pros: -- very easy to install, mount is stabile/sturdy -- reasonable size tank, can easily see when needs refilling -- sensor is at bottom, works well, dispenses reasonable amount so no waste Neutral: -- on/off switch and battery compartment is at bottom, so we'll see if trying the turn it off (or change batteries) will trigger soap dispensing So far so good. We will try for a month, and then decide if we will be installing them in the bathrooms of our other building.

Hung this on my wall in my shop with 4 fresh batteries. Filled with liquid soap, turned it on, put my hand under for soap. Nothing happened. I guess the senser does not work. Sent it right back same day it was delivered. Don’t waste you time.

I purchased this for my home because I have a special needs child who liked to dump the soap in the sink with the hand pump dispensers. Looking for an alternative for a soap holder I found this. It works. Makes little noise, while dispensing, so as not to scare my child. Easy to install, it's a great price, and it battery operated. So far no leakage and it's easy to refill. It also comes with a lock on the top (even if my kiddo figured out how to take it off it's base, he can't dump the soap). I put the key in a place I would remember but my child would never find. It also frees space on the counter top as this is a wall mount. Everyone likes it and even his therapist was happy with it as we were trying for months on how to get him to stop pouring the liquid soap down the drain.

What a convenient automatic liquid hand soap dispenser that doesn't leak any liquid after you take your hand way! It's very easy to fill and install. This product comes with three screws for use. I used my own screws for installation. My wall is hollow so I used 1" screws to accommodate the weight of the dispenser when filled. It has a key but with enough pull force it will pop off. Do not over fill or place it sideways when filled as it will leak out from the back at the top of the product. Even with the top locked on! The tiny white hole that is yellow in my picture is where the liquid comes out as illustrated in one of my pictures. The sensor is located in the middle and the on and off slide activator is on the left at the bottom. Batteries are not included! They are installed in the bottom slot placed in the rear. Also, don't mind the gem stone decor. It doesn't come with the product. It's a great buy! Highly recommended! Thanks!

I bought this automatic soap dispenser about 4 years ago and it has been very liable. It's convenient to use and helps reduce contact with germs since it's completely touchless. The design makes it easy to hand anywhere in the bathroom, and changing the battery is simple. The customer service has also been great and shows real care for users. Overall, a very practical and hygienic product.
