does this fit my 2006 Mustang GT?

As mentioned, Amazon incorrectly states that this fits the 2006 Ford Mustang. The correct gas cap for the 2006 Mustang is Motorcraft FC1032 Fuel Cap.

does it fit on 2000 Ford Explorer?

I installed this cap on a 1999 Ford Ranger works great, the Explorer gas filler neck is probably very similar. The check fit feature on Amazon said it would fit.

Does fit 2005 mustang

It did not fit my 2005 Mustang but I only needed the tether so I transferred it from the New To the old one and through the brand-new cap away. Rather disappointing to throw a new gas cap away
