Does it come with spray?

No it doesn’t come with spray, what I do is just take the spoolie that it comes with and run it under some water for a sec then rub it on the soap and it works wonders!!

Does it dry out quickly?

It does not. But air drying it does dry it out faster, it stays wet when you put it on the eyebrows and lasts all day. I find it easy to just wet the soap with water and use the spoolie to brush the eyebrows. It’s a good product 8.5/10

Do you use the brow pencil before or after using the brown soap?

You use it before then put on the brow soap
