Very easy to take and feeling better
Nicely packaged and exactly as described. Easy to take in warm water and only after a few days I do feel markedly better. Some people say it taste unusual but I actually like the taste, maybe sweeten with a little honey for the taste if you prefer. It's definitely on my daily supplements list ๐

Bee propolis Find best way to get it in on dogs gums
Dog had very sore red gums had to put drops in a little water with some dry dog food or use syringe to get to gums itโs been good and worked well

I wouldn't recommend, due to added ingredients
I've never tried bee propolis before, I only used this for a few days to help me fight off some sort of infection (sore swollen tonsil, blocked nose and tiredness) Whilst I think the bee propolis itself helped me recover, I think the addition of MPG mono propylene glycol irritated my throat/nasal passages. I added 5 drops of the solution to some water and gargled 2-3 times a day. It tasted strongly of alcohol, and I think it was drying to my mucous membranes. I've never seen MPG mono propylene glycol as an ingredient on anything I've used before. I have autoimmune disease and try to use the most natural/clean products I can find, free of chemicals which could potentially irritate me Because of how I think this added ingredient affected me, I stopped using this product, and wouldn't use it or purchase it again. I also wouldn't recommend it, and would instead recommend finding an alternative bee propolis product with less harsh ingredients if possible. Which is what I myself will do in the future
