Great pans!
This pan is great. I was a bit hesitant to buy them, since I thought I didn't mind using regular cookware. WRONG!I BBQ in my BGE a lot! Having these around is super convenient for bringing BBQ to friends. For putting BBQ in after cooking and storing in the fridge. It works great for putting water in under briskets to keep them moist. These will hold about 2 racks of ribs cut up, maybe 3 if they are smaller, or about 50 wings, or a cooked 12lb cut brisket. I tend to pile it high and wrap with foil!If I had some complaints I would say its a bit shallow, and could be more sturdy. You have to support it while moving, and no way would I carry the thing full of water. However this is offset by the price, it is cheap enough that I dont hesitate to use them when cooking. Being able to use them a lot without worry, is better to me than being a little more sturdy.

good cheap foil pans
These are good cheap foil pans. They're not the fanciest pans you've ever seen. You're not going to keep washing them and reusing them. You're not going to use them to serve a meal to foreign dignitaries. They're not heavy duty. But you're not meant to use them in any of those ways. They're cheap disposable foil pans. They work wonderfully for things like cooking Thanksgiving dinner, sending home leftovers, cooking something messy you know you don't want to deal with washing the pan out after, and bringing food to a get together and not having to worry about getting your dish back. They serve ordinary duty purposes really well and then you throw them away. For the money, they're awesome.

Can bake in them just about anything and everything
One must figure out the dimensions just to make sure what they are getting. These are small, but still large enough to do all kinds of baking in the oven, which is the main reason I purchased them. I baked a 5 plus pounds chicken, and it came out just delicious, and at the end of the day I did throw away the container, which may be perceived as a waste, so the next time I used one I made sure to wash it with mild soap, rinse it very well, and got to use it a couple more times. With the chicken I baked I put an oven safe tray underneath it for the construction is a little on the flimsy side, and with weight might fold at undesirable moments. The price appeared competitive with what is around, and excepting for the small size it delivered all it was required. I would suggest if used for baking, a maximum temperature of 350, but I have the feeling any under 400 degrees would be fine. No more worries about cleaning it, and putting it away. Once it serves its purpose, can be crumbled and thrown away. 3.5 Stars.

Strong disposable pan
I own to Masterbuilt Electric Smokers. I use these every time I smoke anything in them. I use them for my drip pan. I fill them 1/2 way with a water and apple cider vinegar or mixture to keep moisture in my smoker. I also smoke my Boston butt right in them. That's so I can save cleaning my smoker when I'm finished and reserve the pan juices easily. They are very durable. Some of these types of pans are so thin that you have to use two. That's not the case with these pans they strong and one will get the job done. I have had 12 pounds a Boston butt in one of these pans and I did not have any give in it at all. I definitely recommend these pans.*********** I purchased a second round of these pans. They aren't even close in comparison. Strangely enough they came with foil lids. It was a garbage worthy. These pans are so flimsy that they are dangerous when using them for hot food. This is terrible!! I really liked the first pans.********The seller claims it's the same pans. They told me to contact Amazon. I absolutely contacted Amazon. They see absolutely no difference in the way the first prefer placed and the second. That leads me to believe this was either a switch to an inferior product or something is wrong with your product labeling system. Either way that's not my problem. I won't do business with this company again. They told me in an email it wasn't their product because it had lids. If it's not your product why do you have my money????!!! I would NOT recommend doing business this way or purchasing from this company. Again this is sad because you already had my loyalty as a customer.

Thin and lightweight.
Was disappointed in these foil pans.. They are extremely lightweight. If used for anything other than a salad, you'll need to double these up as the pan will not support more than a couple of pounds.

Aluminum is too thin
Manufactured from very thin aluminum, making these pans structurally weak. They were also packaged poorly, which resulted in many of them arriving dented. They can be pushed back into shape, but there is no reason for them to be packaged in cling-wrap rather than cardboard. One pan is not usable because the seller taped a label to the bottom and not all of the glue will come off.I will look elsewhere for better quality pans. The ones at my local grocery store are thicker, but also more expensive.

Great for catering
I am a retired chef. And have been in the food service business for over 40 years. These are commercial grade half pans, which are fantastic! No lids come with these so don't expect them. When I was working we never bought the lids unless we really needed them for transporting to special functions. Regular heavy duty alumunium foil is what we used. And a Triuck. I would cover the container with plastic wrap and then the foil. this helped keep the foods hot as well as get the wet items from leaking. For items like fried chicken we would put a paper towel on the che top then the foil and then punch a few holes. This is a great deal and a great product. 1/11/2016
