I can’t say that this is a must to take as if your well being only depends on it. But I have noticed that my overall heath has improved. I started to feel less sluggish, productive, focused, and has noticed my face, skin, and hair look healthy again. I take a pill/day with breakfast (no tea or coffee for 2h) to allow healthy fats works its magic with this supplement. I occasionally take it with nuts in the middle of the day instead.
