My dog has heart failure and can't really walk for more than 15 minutes. This is great when she tires out, to continue a nice walk, and she gets to enjoy the breeze. My one issue is that it really bothers her groin area. It rubbed her red after the first use. It's not wide enough or cushioned enough for her to sit comfortably. I ended up buying a very small pillowed cushion (intended for seatbelts) and used it to make the groin area more comfortable.
