Aluminum shopping trolley

Bought this for my mum & she really likes it. Good quality & sturdy

I love, love, love this trolley, it looks great, it small but holds a lot, its easy on stairs, very strong and sturdy. Great value, I recommend

I bought these as i moved into a flat and would need them to go up and down stairs if my lift was out of order. I love that i can fit a lot into the bag but i don't think it would carry upto 40kg, my wheels started to buckle carrying around 20kg of shopping a mix of carton milk and water, whilst they didn't break by the time i got home i did have to bend them back into place gently, i do worry that if i had more weight the possibility of them breaking when out and about, i also had the bar on the trolley come out of place when it gets to this weight. Next the wheels are very noisy and trying to find a replacement for is a no, whilst the wheels were great on the stairs, not good for grassy areas. The bag however could use an improvement, and I'm only saying this as i like to use my bag to go from car to flat and have difficulty in carrying heavy items by hand, the section of material that goes over the handle is a little tight fitting around the black folding parts of trolley, so if you were to use it for the car and want to put stuff in the bag it gets a little harder to put over this section. I know its designed for those that go shopping by foot but if you were to use for car you would need to keep the bag attached to trolley in order for it to be in place. It folds away easily. And is waterproof.

Good quality and waterproof. Really useful as recently had to give up driving and don’t always want to do an online shop due to the spending limit. I can now walk with this to the supermarket just along the road. The wheels are also stair friendly as live on a top floor flat with no lift.

While the item looks like a great item, it falls short. Key part of the product is the goods bag, which does not fit over the bars to secure it to the trolley. Not in the slightest and even coaxing without force has cause stitching to tear. I’d say this is a huge product floor. The low star rating is exacerbated by the lack of return communication towards a solution. Acknowledging an email and no follow up does not create a solution out of the ether.

I received this today, so have not yet used it. It appears to be good quality. It was rather tricky to set up. Firstly, I could not find the instructions until I fitted the bag. They were hidden behind the drop down Base of the bag. Actually, it's obvious how to set it up, which is good because the instructions are rubbish. What caused the most problem is that the frame is well protected with shrink wrap plastic. It took ages to remove. I am concerned about the wheels. The bolts acting as individual axels for each set of wheels do not allow the nuts to screw on very far. They seem tight, but if I have any problems I shall superglue them in place. The bag seems well made, as does the frame. The bag is roomy. There is a drawstring to close the top as well as the flap. The extra pockets are bigger than I expected. The bag is a very tight fit. As I have mobility issues with one hand, I did not find it easy to do. I have a criticism about how the bag covers the sliding catches on the handle, which means it will not be possible for me to drop the handle for storage. The frame appears to be strong and durable. So far, I am pleased with my purchase. The negative points that I've raised are outweighed by all the positives, hence my 5☆ rating. EDITED I have finally used this product. I am afraid that I've downgraded my rating to 4☆. My positive first impressions are still valid, and I would add to that the ease of using when empty. I walked to the shops, a distance of one mile, largely uphill, and found the trolley to be easy to handle. It is lightweight and moves well. The step climbing feature worked well on curbs. It was a little noisy, but I soon got used to that. At the supermarket, I had to use a large shopping cart in order to be able to stand the trolley in the cart as there is no way to hang the trolley. This caused no problems. I was surprised that although the trolley looks capacious, it actually held less than I had expected. Luckily, I also had a bag with me for the overflow. Going between shops was easy. The trolley did not feel heavy as I pulled it, and it manoeuvres well when full. However, as I walked to the bus stop to go home, the handle folded. The catches, which are covered by the bag, had slid upwards, and try as I might, I could not get them back into position. It was impossible to move the trolley. To restore the handle to the correct position, I would have had to empty the bag on the pavement! I called a taxi as my only means of getting home in the circumstances. Why did this happen? I had four, one litre bottles of water, plus other shopping, and it seems to have been too heavy for the trolley. Luckily, this was an exceptional shop (stocking up for Christmas week), so I am hoping that it will not happen again. However, be aware that you can probably do less shopping than you expect. Despite my problem, I am happy to give it a 4☆ rating. EDITED #2 I have done a more normal shop, ie not stocking up for Christmas. My experience was excellent. I travelled by bus and getting on and off the bus was very easy. I did not feel that I was a nuisance as I was not occupying much space. Whether empty or full I had no problems. I had to put the trolley inside a shopping cart again, but this causes no problems. It leaves plenty of room in the cart. In two shops I used baskets, and found it easy to manoeuvre the trolley with one hand and carry the basket in the other. When choosing items/placing in basket, the trolley is not a problem as it is very stable. It is not possible, as I've seen with other trolleys, to place the basket on top of the trolley, but this is a minor issue. Overall, and this will be my final comment, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I stand by the 4☆ rating because there are issues. Even though they are individually minor problems, cumulatively they are annoying. Despite this, I would still recommend this trolley. It does a good job. EDITED #3 Well this is becoming a Saga. I've downgraded this from 5☆ to 4☆ and now to 2☆. Today, when getting onto the bus, I noticed that a set of wheels was very loose. When I checked, I discovered that the nut holding the wheels on had fallen off! I managed to do my shopping, but it was stressful. Unless I can find a replacement nut, the trolley is useless. I may be downgrading to 1☆.

Super lightweight, well-constructed & very sturdy, high-quality, quick & easy to navigate with & to fold or reassemble. I would REALLY like TO THANK the VOUNOT company for these great products. I fractured my back a few years ago and should never carry anything heavy, again. I have always been a very independent person; I cannot stand needing help. After a prior trolley fell apart causing a desperate situation; after a lot of research I purchased two trolleys. First I bought a medium-sized trolley for flight or train cabin. I baggage. I was so delightfully surprised by the quality & ease of use, I purchased the largest size for work. These two products have completely transformed my life, enabling me to function almost like I did before, completely unassisted! I can carry heavy teaching aids & textbooks. I can travel like anyone normal, without assistance on airplanes & trains. After months of use, both trolleys continue to show absolutely no wear & tear. I am so happy & very grateful for the mobility & freedom they both provide; there are just no words to express the rapture. I hate having to depend on anyone. Each trolley is more than worth every cent! Cannot highly recommend, enough. 😊😊😊😊😊
