Is there a pouch for each pair of glasses? 5 pouches?

Each pair is in a resealable plastic bag. There is ONE chintzy little thin black pouch. There is a glass cleaner (towel) in a little bag as well. These glasses work very well, but they are thin and light. Don't put them on top of your head because they hit the floor every time. LOL. Hope this helps.

How do I set these with my actual Prescription?

They are reading glasses, you can't set anything. If you want prescription glasses go to your Eye Doctor. I wear a +300 in these reading glasses.

How do you know what strength to get?

The ones I got didn’t have any strength. I only bought them for looks. Go to a local target or Walmart and look for the glasses section. Try on the 1.0-3.0 and you’ll find the dimensions you need from that.

Fun and whimsical glasses

The glasses fit on the bridge of the nose very well in which they wont slid down. The colors are fun and whimsical to wear. The side of the bows are slimmer than previous ones I have purchased but they seem to still be study if I would accidentally bump them while wearing. The screws in the bows are seated deeper into the bows so hopefully they won’t back out. I had several pair do that but the screws were inky seated to the top. Of the bows. I like the wider width of the lens the glasses have for using my phone. Would purchase again.

So far, so good.

I just got these, but so far, so good. I really wanted matte, clear frames, but I couldn't find any that had the right bridge measurement and these are the right style. I have a really small nose with a low bridge, so I need a 19-20mm bridge space in order for glasses to stay up and not constantly slide, which is incredibly annoying. These fit well and look cute. I'm using the peach for work and the blue will live in my purse. The other colors will just be backups in the house for bed and sofa. I added silicone non-slip pads to ensure that they stay in place and don't push against my cheeks, which makes them even better. FINALLY! Glasses that don't hurt my nose and don't slip all day long! Happy.
