Great product! The little shovel is small, virtually weightless and sturdy for how small it is. Quite literally the perfect product! Perfect for backpacking and the holes allow you to hang it if you need to, like on the side of a pack. I've used a few different versions of an ultralight trowels and this is one of the best. It's got a sturdy design and performs as expected. I've had mine now for over 3 years and it's holding up fine. Price is fair. Size is easily packable.

Love how light and comfortable this trowel is to use. The plastic on the end really does save you from hurting your palm and the slight curve to the handle helps too! Super easy to pack and fits around water bottles like it says. I also like that it's easy to clean after trips.

This is the perfect trowel for digging a hole for backpackers. Super lightweight yet very strong. Easy to use. This trowel has rubber on the top end so you can push into the ground without hurting your hand. All in all, a simple and reliable tool for going to the bathroom in the backcountry. I bring a zip lock bag with 4 supplies. Black zip lock for waste. Couglin TP (lightest). Wipes (both "baby" and "antiseptic". Simple, fast, sanitary. All that's left in the hole is #2. Carry everything else out--one week of waste will easily fit in a quart zip lock. PS. I pee before squatting. TMI?

Just received mine so I don't have hours of usage of it yet, but I can go ahead and say that the build quality is phenomenal. Ridiculously lightweight, but it doesn't seem to compromise it's strength. Intentionally tried to bent it by hand and it resisted very well, I'm sure if I REALLY tried I could put it against something and put some weight to it, but it's still a ridiculously solid product considering it's light weight.

I was weirdly excited to be able to finally own a BoglerCo trowel - to have an original top-of-the-line product and not to be constantly looking for something better. It was a bit of a luxury purchase, but I have no regrets and it'll replace a larger cumbersome plastic trowel that can't handle most hard soils. It is so incredibly lightweight that it'll be an easy choice to take whenever I hike. Can't get over how light this is. Appears very strong. Plastic cap at the top looks like it will make digging a lot more comfortable than many others on the market. Compact size, with the option of easily attaching a stick handle if necessary. Item arrived in less than 24 hours too. Great product.
