Quality product
I am always happy with Dr. Mercola’s products. It’s impossible to say what this product is doing for me or how it’s impacting me — like it’s hard to say how you are impacted by taking a vitamin, I guess. Hard to notice a difference, most times, but you take it because you “believe” it’s good for you. I take Bone Support because I have osteoporosis and it contains the elements that I believe support my bone health. I’ve been taking it for a few years and I have no negative side effects.

Don't take with cal/mag at same time
Excellent combo of ingredients. AI says strontium is like the rebar reinforcement for bones, while calcium is the concrete. They compete for eachother, so do not take with your other minerals. I take 2 of these in the morning on empty stomach as Dr recommended, then my other bone building minerals at lunch and dinner.

Great if you can't do calcium
I have too much calcium in my blood so this was a God-send for me. Even after 1 pill, I can already feel a big difference in my bones and joints! So far, no side effects. Packing was great and I love that the pill doesn't look like all my other supplements. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'll update this in a month or so.

It Really Works!
This is an excellent supplement for bone support. A family member was visiting and had issues with movement and believe it was bone related. I recommended that they try the product to find out if it was bone releatd. I recommended a little more than the daily dosage for a couple of days. They took the supplement and shared the days later that the hip issues were decreasing and they could tell the difference. They ordered two bottles, returned home with the supplement.
