No where does it say anything about China. Mine came from Rimmer Bros. in England. This stuff is really great. Worth every penny. **Q: Is this solvent or water based?** A: Water based **Q: Will the vinyl cleaner remove the stickness from the vinyl's exposure to heat and UV rays?** A: While I do not know for sure, I would doubt it would remove stickiness. **Q: is this similar to armorall?** A: Yes, its similar to armorall to clean the vinyl and rubber in your car. However it does not make it shine. I used this on a dark blue 11 year old crv and it made it look like new.
