Also the intercom capability depends on the platform you have connected to it and you would need to consult the platform documentation on how to enable it. Weren’t able to set it up later than we were hoping due to some issues with our move and by the time it got set up, the window to return it had passed. It rings but there is no audio. It’s not the headset either because we tried a different one and still didn’t work.
