"OD" is the abbreviation for Outside Diameter. A pipe, hose, tube etc., has two dimensions relative to the cross section. They are "ID" and "OD". For example, a 1/2 inch PVC (plastic Pipe) has an ID of 1/2 inch however, depending on the material the OD would be larger. The thickness of the walls of the pipe times two is the OD. As an example, a pipe with an ID of 1/2 inches and 1/8 wall thickness would have an OD of 1/2" + 1/8" + 1/8" = 3/4 Inch

What is the PSI for this product?

This product should not be pressurized continiously over 25 psi. It probably can stand presssure higher than that for short periods of time but I would not recommend it.

Do you put this in the ground to water your garden? I mean so you can water the ground and not the plants?

This hose can be buried, but it is just hose... it does not have any perforations to allow water to seep out. You need to buy seperate parts to allow the water to get out of the hose. I do not know if parts are made to disperse the water underground. The way most people use this hose is by laying it on top of the ground, and then inserting drip heads at or near each plant that needs water.
