Maybe. What I did was measured the shock end hoop diameter and the bolt diameter and went from there. It’s nice because this kit gives you two options. If your shocks mount like mine the the top is just a straight rod with hat washers and the bottom is an eye

What is the inner diameter of the metal sleeve?

I believe it’s 3/8”. It matched up with the bolt that came with my shock absorbers. I used the tighter set of rubber bushings and it went together nice. Put a little lithium grease on everything for assembly and you’ll be good.
