4/5 stars. Comparison to a bag the same but different brand
So I gave this a 4 star out of 5 because I used to have a backpack/diaper bag just like this one but a different brand. I love that this one compared to the old one has padded straps and the side zipper. I took the me star away though because the only bag wasn’t as good as this one but the top straps the latch were thicker and felt more reliable compared to how these top straps are thinner and weaker. Maybe I’ll have to remove the old straps from the old bag and put them on my new haha. Besides that I love this bag I thought it was smaller when opening it but I think it’s just because I didn’t have it open and stuff yet.

Not the same as pictured, Disappointed
Not the same as pictured. Ordered 2 of these and they are not the same as pictured. They are a couple of inches smaller, the shoulder straps are different, and most importantly the mesh compartment is not there behind the front flap, instead there is a zipper. So if you want this bag personalized it would be hard to do that, which is the main reason I purchased it. The other colors from this same brand doesn't have this issue

Had a minor issue with my bag, but the over look and pros outweight the negative. I will purchase this item again as a gift to a friend.Customer service is A+

Love this bag
The only downside to this bag is the wipes area is to small for an actual wipe container but other than that it’s great! My wipes container fits but I can’t use the opening meant for convenience.
