This is a terrific product for should rehab and overall health. The guide book and corresponding exercise chart takes all of the guess work out of it, and the rotator cuff activation you get from using the product is immediate and thorough. Crossover Symmetry's customer service is terrific as well. I accidently ordered to wrong bands. With one easy phone call their representative was able to help me correct my mistake. I look forward to using this product into the future to avoid shoulder injuries.

Great product! Was having shoulder pain after workouts, especially in my left shoulder where I had a previous injury. Was looking for a natural solution that didn't involve M.D's who would probably tell me to stop working out, at the least. I had seen crossover symmetry ads on social media, but was hesitant due to the price. I finally decided that I had to do something, so i ordered this kit. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but am very pleased with it so far. My shoulder pain has already decreased by just using the activation program a few times a day, including about an hour before workout. I highly recommend this product. The way I looked at it was, even if it didn't completely fix my issue, it's still something I should be doing to strengthen my shoulders in preparation for rigorous workouts, and hopefully prevent any future issues.

I bought this shortly after starting PT for my neck and shoulders. As a youth and HS athlete and someone who loved to lift weights and throw a football, it was a real bummer having lost a lot of overhead strength, mobility and even having my shoulder clunk, lock and drop pouring coffee. Additionally, I had developed bad chronic trigger points in my neck, upper back, and shoulders, the ones you just can't seem to get rid of. The biggest bonus for me is the unexpected and nearly immediate relief of the trigger points, no more trigger point whack-a-mole. The online tutorials are superb. The routine takes 10 minutes, the workout guide card keeps you in order on the exercises so you work the shoulder into stability and strength. I was so impressed that I bought one for the medical office I work in-we are working on each others trigger points daily. I cannot guarantee it will work for you as it did for me, but it's worth trying. As always, consult with your physician before you start a new exercise program.
