Did not work at all on me. It's tight in the junction with the legs and Don't change anything on my tummy, still same look with or without. Very disappointed by Spanx's products.

Keeps rolling down. barely smoothens muffin top let alone flatten..for reference im a UK size 6-8 with a muffin top post baby..so id expect some result...
