Skechers Men's Blaine Orsen Ankle Boot

I've owned a lot of boots in my life and while I cannot speak to the 400-500 dollar boots that people swear by, for my budget, these are hands down the best I've ever owned. These photos are about 3 years in of regular use. Aside from scuffs and general weathering from use, they are holding up fantastic. They develop a nice "patina" after a while that I think looks great. Also, they are wildly comfortable and true to size from the start. The cushioning has worn down a little in the three years of use, but not nearly as much as most other shoes. I can probably get another 3-5 years out of these before I need to replace them. I'll probably just get a couple more pairs and put them in the closet. All for what? 75 bucks I think I paid? Absolutely worth it.

Great quality and value. Skechers is a brand everyone knows & trusts to make great foot apparel at a reasonable price thats known to last. Very comfortable & easy to put on. Sized about right, as I usually wear a 10. Your feet slide in like a hand in glove. I love the style with just about anything, although I plan to wear them on my bike. Very functional too. I've worn these ankle boots for about 5 month now and could not be happier! They are easy to slip on without having to mess with laces, zippers or Velcro. Once on, they feel solid and move with my feet. I love the high quality look with 100% real leather uppers. They keep my feet warm in the winter (thicker socks add even more warmth). I love the out-sole made of high-quality, thick rubber. The lugs provide traction over any surface without marking floors. People think I am wearing high-end boots costing well over $300! I rarely advertise I bought these for a fraction of that. They are true to size and I'll definitely be buying more of these!

Great boots. Fit well and comfortable. However, they are a FAR lighter color in person which was kind of disappointing.

I love these boots, very well made. Thick oiled leather and the cost is about the same as a pair of sneakers. I had purchased a black pair several years ago that became my every day wear. These will replace those. These boots are a beautiful dark brown and can be worn comfortably in any weather conditions.

Theses boots are great, especially at this price point. Real leather. This is my second pair. Finding right size is the trick. Initially they are snug but put a little saddle soap on them to help soften and condition, wear often for short stretches and they loosen up and fit to your foot. I hope they keep this boot in the catalog with the same quality for years to come. Great for kicking around or brush’em up with a little polish and you can wear them out to something a lot fancy.

They run small. I normally wear a 10.5 in work boots. But these boots are a tight fit. You will need to wear a ultra thin dress socks to be able to slip your foot in. But your able to slip in your foot. The toes feel fine but the top of your foot is tight. Maybe they will brake in. The taps to help you pull the boot on are so small, you can't get a good grip.

Lovely quality and looked great, just a bit snug for a high instep so had to send back. But that was easy to do.

Very nice pair of boots with leather upper and robust tracks on the bottom. The colour is pretty accurate as the product page, except for the collar / shaft of the boot, which uses a decidedly darker leather on the pair I received. Hopefully it will fade overtime, but regardless, it's the part that is usually covered by the jeans anyways. There is good padding throughout (including the inner sole and the upper part), but incidentally, this also makes the fit so much more snug, and I don't wear socks!!! That said, I have wide feet, and I wish there is a wider fit to choose from. As it is, hopefully overtime, the leather will relax to ease the squeeze. My advice is, if you have wide feet, you may have to go 1/2 size bigger. If you wear socks, especially thick ones, definitely go 1/2 size bigger. If you wear socks and have wide feet, you may need to go a full size bigger.
