Wrong items and low quality
I ordered 3! Only one is good. Another one is leaking the water! And the third is not even the same! Different mop and design and color! So bad!

Item is not working, and it shows no replacement or return, what should I do?

Non-returnable cheap product
Please be careful, it is not a returnable items which is rare in Amazon, I realized after delivery of such a cheap and third class product why seller choose to put it as non-returnable. Seller knows that customers will surely try to return it after seeing its product quality so put it as non-returnable, a cleaver approach.

Damage item
The item received damaged and not working.

So far I have used the product twice and is a great mop. Its light and easy to store away. Really comes in handy for quick clean ups and saves me the trouble of using the bucket of water for that would be used for heavy duty cleaning. Please with the product

This is either a dupe or just a really bad product because the item was nothing as described or shown. The stick was short, the scraper was missing, the pads were not absorbent at all. The spray function was a bid jammed. And the most important reason why I had bought this was the 800 ml capacity- but the bottle I received was not even 500 ml so basically this whole thing was a fail. I have returned it.
