I long to get this supplement again my doctor wants me to 🛑 stop this for a year ! Do you know that the Vitamin D3 in this one help your immune system and some of need more than what is recommended! You have to do some research on this kind of Vitamin D3.

Advanced Zinc, with Zinc (25 mg) and D3 (5,000 IU)
We use this to replace zinc stores lost during illness. When there's that loss of smell/taste: it's low zinc. Our bodies use it to fight viral infection. This supplement helps in other ways, too. We use it regularly. Highly recommended.

Good for colds
During cold season, my husband and I rely on zinc to cut short any colds or sniffles we pick up. At the first sign of a cold or if we are feeling run down, we take one of these zinc tablets. They really seem to help cut colds short and many times, if I take one of these zinc tablets at the point where I'm feeling a little iffy, then whatever I'm about to come down with seems to disappear. That's good enough for me. I like the fact that these are "dissolve in the mouth" type tablets as I think that may be a little more effective than a plain pill that I swallow. Overall, I'm very pleased with these and keep them in the medicine cabinet to help us when we're just not feeling up to par.

Nice and small, dissolves quick
I supplement with zinc especially during cold and flu season. These super small tablets dissolve really quick and are easy to use. I really like that these come with added Vitamin D3 which I also use. Both are very important during winter to help your immune system stay strong. I live in a gray dreary gloomy state all winter long and so I can't get out into the sun to make my own Vitamin D. This helps me stay healthy.

Zinc and D3 in one
Love this blend of zinc and D3 in one. I try to take both of those daily and this form is easier to travel with than two separate pills. Dissolves quickly. I don't need to take this with a meal as these don't upset my stomach. Very happy with this.
