Review: 初めて自作してみました。 バリラにも茹でなくていいタイプのがあるみたいですが、今回はディベラを。 どちらもイタリアで有名なパスタブランドなので信頼して注文。 ホワイトソースとミートソースを重ね終えて、大さじ一杯ほど上から牛乳をまぶし、30分待機。 その後チーズを載せて余熱200度のオーブンで30分。。 見事なラザニアが出来上がりました！ 生地はまったく硬くなく美味しかったですが、もしかしたら茹でたほうがもちもちぷりぷりしたのかも。。

初めてのラザニア作りのために購入しました。 イタリア料理の本には、買ってきたラザニアの生地を茹でるよう 指示があったのですが、この製品は茹でることなく固い生地のまま 使えるというスグレモノでした！ 水分はミートソースなど他の食材からのもので柔らかくなるらしく、 最初は半信半疑でしたが、出来上がってみるとあら不思議、 美味しいラザニアが出来ていました。 初めてラザニアを作りましたので、他の生地と比較を出来ませんが、 かなり美味しく焼きあがったと思います。 難点は、ボール紙の箱にラザニアの生地がダイレクトに入っていること。 ビニールなどの包装用紙も無くです（笑）湿気てしまわないのか心配 なので、うちではジップロックに移し替えました。あと、輸送中なの だと思いますが、2，3枚分ぐらい割れてしまっていました。 そのまま使えますが、イタリアンを感じました（笑） しかし、下茹でしないでいいところはすごく便利だと思います。 大量のお湯を沸かさなくていいところなんてgood!です。
