Even cooking and absolutely non-stick!
We are really impressed with this electric griddle, which is replacing the Teflon griddle we used for 30 years. The ceramic surface is truly nonstick: we used about a teaspoon of butter to "grease" the surface for baking pancakes and next time we'lluse less.) At 22" long, it's larger than we were looking for, but the handles are easy to remove for storage. The recommended temperature for pancakes is 350°F to 400°F. We started at 350. Our batter is rather thick and bubbles weren't forming as soon as we're used to, so we lowered it to 325. Tested one and flipped it easily, and found the underside was done perfectly. (We decided 350 was OK after all. 400 might be right for a thinner batter.) Cleanup was simple. I've included my pancake recipe in case you need a good one to test the griddle.

Great buy
I didn’t expect to love the Presto Ceramic Grill as much as I do, but it has honestly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances—especially for quick, healthy meals. First, the ceramic nonstick surface is a huge win. Food doesn’t stick at all, which means I can cook with little to no oil—perfect for keeping things lighter and healthier. Cleanup is incredibly easy too. Most of the time, I just wipe it down with a paper towel and I’m done. The heat distribution is even, which I didn’t expect from a smaller countertop grill. Chicken, burgers, grilled veggies—even sandwiches—cook evenly without hot spots. It heats up quickly, so it’s ideal when I need to get dinner on the table fast. I also really like the compact size. It doesn’t take up much counter space and is easy to store, but it still fits enough food for a small family meal.

This is a great griddle, just has a few small issues.
This griddle is our go to for cooking breakfast on the weekends, we cook bacon, eggs, sausage, steak, ham, toast, etc. It heats up very quick, lightweight, easy to store, and if you time everything right, it's large enough to easily feed 4 people. As others have said, it has a few cold spots, the very middle and outer edges seem to stay cooler, but we just use those areas to cook slower or keep things warm. The non-stick ceramic has held up ok; we only use wooden or silicone tipped utensils and wash with a light bristle dishwashing brush. The heating element has discolored the ceramic from grey to a light brown and is starting to hold food. I hit 4 star because we a found a few things that should be addressed, none of these are deal breakers, just irritating: The cons: The power cord is VERY short; I needed to buy a short, thick gauge extension cord to reach an outlet. The heat control knob and cord would be significantly better if it came out at a 90-degree angle, we use splatter shields, and because the control box and power cord are straight out, we can never get the shields close enough to catch all of the splatter. We don't love the diamond texture; after a year of use, we are now getting food stuck in the texture after washing specifically where the heating element has discolored the ceramic. Not sure why the diamond texture is needed, smooth seems like it would be easier to clean especially as the nonstick wears out. Dual independent heating elements would make this already great griddle awesome. I have been looking for a dual element for a while, but none are reviewed as good as this griddle. This is a great griddle, and it will continue to be our go to breakfast griddle. As it has aged, it takes a bit more hot water and scrubbing to remove the stuck in food than it did when new. I will buy another, and I would highly recommend, we haven't found a better one at this size and price that works any better. Update: After 1 year it has finally reached the point of needing replacement, it has become difficult to cook on, everything sticks to it and has become impossible to clean. We ended up buying the same one again, I still say it's a great griddle, we used it every weekend for a full year, for a little less than $70.

Best griddle we've ever had
We have owned a number of electric griddles over the years. They've all had hot spots, and the nonstick finish never held up, even though I always handwash them with gentle scrubbers. My husband does most of the cooking, and he uses the griddle for all sorts of things, including eggs, pancakes, bacon and sausage, and hash browns. So he gets to see how they perform under a variety of heat conditions, and with different requirements for oil lubrication of the griddle's surface. We have been happy with our ceramic pots and pans, so when it came time to replace our griddle, I looked at the ceramic options, and found that the best reviewed ceramic griddle at the time was the Presto 07062 Ceramic 22-inch Electric Griddle with removable handles. It also happens to have a great price. So I bought it. My husband has used this griddle a lot for the past two months, and every time he uses it, he comments on how much better it is than any griddle we've ever had. It is true that there is a visible mark on the top of the griddle where the heating ring runs around the underneath — it's kind of a loss of the ceramic sheen, not really a discoloration. It does not affect the cooking at all; it will just never look new-out-of-the-box again. So we don't care about that. There is a very distinct diamond pattern texture to the entire surface. I wondered whether this would catch particles and bake them into a hard crust that would be difficult to clean, but that fear was entirely unfounded. This griddle cleans up so easily! See the photo with this review. It shows both the diamond pattern and the only two scrubbers I ever use to clean the griddle — a plastic scrubbing ball and a nail brush (for fingernails). After sudsing off the surface of the griddle with the scrubbing ball, I give it a light rinse and then use some of the leftover suds to run diagonally across the griddle in both directions with the nail brush. This gets anything out in the low places of the diamond texture. It is really very quick, and quite effective. I never have to use elbow grease. Even tough, cooked-on food comes off easily. MOST IMPORTANT: Do not EVER use nonstick spray with ceramic surfaces! It can't withstand the heat, and becomes a super sticky residue that is nearly impossible to get off. We discovered this with our regular ceramic-coated pots and pans. On ceramic surfaces, only use high temperature oils — we usually use butter on the griddle. This griddle doesn't need any oil at all on pancakes (or, obviously, bacon & sausage); for eggs, we use just a tad of butter and smear it onto the part of the griddle that we will be using for the eggs. And finally, we have found the drip tray to be more than large enough to hold all the grease that flows from six slices of bacon. I would definitely recommend this griddle with no hesitation.

You'll love this griddle so much you'll find reasons to use it!
If you're doing grilled sandwiches, french toast, bacon, omelettes, burgers, etc, in a frying pan, you're missing out. This griddle is so good at all of that. Does a great job heating and cooking evenly across the surface, which is ample (I do 8 slices of French toast at one time). The thermostat control is reliably accurate. A far more energy efficient way of doing this kind of cooking, if your carbon footprint is a concern. The cook surface is ceramic and is truly non- stick. You'll have to use non-metallic cooking utensils to protect the surface, so be sure to plan ahead for that. I went with a Farberware Professional Nylon Spatula set and Tongs. Farberware Professional Stainless Steel Locking Tongs, 11-Inch, Black https://a.co/d/b1foHiv Cleaning is a breeze. The single press clips on the removable legs are a fantastic idea both for cleaning and storage. When it's time to store it, it's 1.5" at its thickest point. If you follow the temperature guidelines, the heating element will not destroy the appearance of the surface. I have used mine at least twice per week regularly since buying it a half year ago and the surface is still relatively pristine. With only a very slight discoloration. I can't recommend this griddle highly enough!

Works great so far! Little black spots but otherwise works well.
Only used once so far, but its been great. Nothing sticks! Theres a little black residue from when I made burgers, but its otherwise great. Easy to assemble and larger than the grill we had before. Seems like good quality!

110V selling to KSA?
I like everything about this griddle except that I can’t use it. Why would Amazon SA sell a product that can’t be plugged in without exploding?

Best griddle ever!
This griddle was rated #1 by a third party website and they were right about all the points they made. First, the heat distribution is even all over the surface unlike the Starfrit I had previously which had stronger heat the closer you were to the plug. Second, the ceramic non stick surface is excellent. I cooked eggs and pancakes with no sticking. I recommend an Oxo spatula to turn because a fine edge is required to ensure you get under the food. Third, it is very easy to clean with just a sponge and very little detergent. Better, the legs are simple to take off and put on so the griddle can be cleaned and stored easily with baking sheets. I just got this griddle so I will update in a few months or a year to provide a long term review. I use the griddle weekly.

Excelente calidad

Very pleased.
This is great..we've done alot of breakfasts on it so far and it will do 8 slices of French toast and 8-10 pancakes guess depends on size...works great for bacon and eggs too. Some say the heat is uneven but in all honesty I couldn't even tell. Very easy to clean up the drip tray is just what you need for doing bacon. It's larger cooking surface is a must if you like to cook alot.
