Super easy to assemble and it fit perfectly. Now my Mom can get up by herself, giving her a sense of independence, and dignity.

The dip recess in the front should be a little deeper and the handles on the side are helpful but you must put even weight on them or they tip over. However giving five stars as product is comfortable, good quality and easy to install. Comes off easily for cleaning.

This thing was a.life saver after having achilles tendon surgery and beung non-weight bearing on one foot for 6 weeks. Easy to install, sturdy, love the built in handles.

The 'Carex E-Z Lock Raised Toilet Seat with Handles - 4.5 Inch Toilet Seat Riser with Arms' works good. However, 4.5 inches is a little higher than I need. It was easy for my husband to insert the handles into, place on, and attach to the toilet seat. The riser seat is a hard so if you have to sit for a while, you may have to 'peel' your bottom from it which is painful. You can remedy this by placing a tissue seat cover on it. Also, I have to keep tightening it onto the toilet seat as it comes a little loose. Overall, I think it is a sufficient product.

The nursing home maintenance installed the seat on the toilet. However, the seat fell off after two months of using it when my mom was trying to sit on it. She cut herself open and had four different bruises, and the nursing staff found her on the floor. The physical therapist at the nursing home said that the stool riser was not safe!

I broke my hip and this saved me from further harm. It was easy to clean. The height was perfect and the quality was great.

Holds well and love that the existing top can remain. Rhw handles are so perfect and help in setting and lifting. Purchased foe a friend with only one leg.

Does not really fit unusually small commode. However with daily tightening, I used it until my legs were well. It will probably fit regular standard bowls. Great feature was handles. Cleaned well. Keeping in case knees get worse.

This seat saved me in so many ways as I could not get down by bending my knees it is very useful. Amazing.

This seat does the job, not the most stable... It could use more suction to attach itself to the toilet, but in most cases it works.

Piece of crap. No instructions in box, is NOT tool free as you do need a screwdriver to remove the existing seat. Said for ppl under 300 pounds but the width does not accommodate large butts. Wobbles and not steady to support standing. Waste of money. Returning.

A well designed proact, however I am only giving it three stars, as it was to large for my toiled, which has a very short bowl I enabled it to fit by cutting away some material at the back edge. For the life of me, I don't underrated why the manufacturer would not print the minimum and maximum bowl dimensions for a proper fit, as there are multiple complaints of the product not fitting properly
