Wow.
I previously had a sauté pan I bought from a chef store and I loved it. When I saw this set, I felt good about ordering them. Beyond my expectations. They are beautiful and well waited. The handles are shaped perfectly for sauté and flipping. I am not sure about scratch resistance as I only had them a month. I threw out all my other pans.

Do not clean up easily and not stick free

Poor quality cookware
Poorest quality of cookware I have owned. I am attaching pictures so others can see the damage cause just by using them. I have had this set for TWO weeks. I use silicone utensils and wash by hand with a soft sponge. These are scratched inside and out. Do not believe the warranty, the company does not honor it. I am returning these. I do not recommended this set of cookware.
