I have a hellenbrand e3-024 water softener. will these parts work with this softener? if not where can i get parts for my equipment.

Yes, This kit will work for the vast majority of the Hellenbrand E3 models, as they are manufactured with the Clack WS1 Control Valve. This kit is for the standard "downflow" type softener valves, so if your E3 system uses an upflow control valve you'll need to order separate parts with the upflow piston. If your existing piston is "upflow" there will be an obvious difference in appearance from the one included in this package.
