This works Great!
I bought this used so the price was better. The first time I used it, I put it in a window and did not get good results. I got a full spectrum grow light and hung it about 8 inches away from the top of the Cloner. Did this a few weeks ago and have roots on some Blackberry plants. They are even growing in the cloner and sending out shoots. I will transplant these soon. I also planted some blue berries, and hazelnut trees. I need to go out and get some other things. These look fine, but their roots are not as well developed as the blackberries. I change the water and liquid Clonex once a week. I use it to water outside plants. I check the pH every few days and adjust it as needed. I did not put an air stone on it since the pump is pumping water and there is an air tube to the surface. There is not place to put an air stone without diminishing the amount of water pumping going on. I am going to try to clone raspberries and other trees and roses though roses like dry feet. We will see.

I like it
Thanks to the person who couldn't figure out how to use this and returned it, I got it in 'Like New' condition for a great price. I've been using a modified oxyClone for a couple years and get near 100% success. For me this unit is an upgrade. It's bigger and the bottom is raised for better cooling. It also holds more water and has 24 instead of 20 clones sites. With some mods (an air-stone disk and an air pump) and some research in deep water culture, you should be able to get great success too. (in the picture, 10 day old clones)

Cheap junk
Product is garbage foam disc are too small for cut outs. Poor quality. Waste of time money and clones. never mind the wait for it to show up.

The water agitator is cheap
It works well! It’s a little easier than the old school method and if done properly you will get at least an 80% clone rate.

Not recommended for dry regions like Colorado.
No humidity dome Included. An open air cloner will not work in a dry environment. All my cutting died with in 3 days. Tried to make one that would fit but it is not a common size. This should work ok if you live in a humid area or your room humidity is very high. You can build this type of unit for less than $15 including a good pump. I thought $40 was too high but $70 is definitely too high. This is basically a deep water culture unit with a very small pump with a vacuum aerator. An actual bubbler will work much better. Unit looses water level quickly if you do not use all the spots or keep them covered. I was building units like this 40 years ago and Rubbermaid tubs worked great. Back in those days my room was subterranean so humidity was high and Humidity domes were not as important. Now I maintain 42% humidity and the clones dried up right away. Things here in Colorado are too dry under normal conditions for a unit like this Sorry, I just cannot recommend this unit. Add a humidity dome and switch out the water pump for an air pump and decent air stone and it is worth $30-$40..

Works amazingly If you like DWC grows then this cloner is in your alley buy buy buy
This is like a deep water culture cloning machine so if you know what I’m saying then this will work just fine, if you don’t know what I’m saying then buy a spray cloner! This works amazingly tho for me & never had any issues!

Works great, clones routed at day 5-6. I added the air pump for more aeration than just sucking from the air hose. If you use city water and watch your PH levels this is no different I check and adjust daily as city water PH rises on it own over time. Barely any evaporation from this unit as well. All in all I do recommend and find pricing very fair considering the competitors. My buddy has the oxyclone with 180 holes and works great if you need that many but 200$ this one seems steep if you compare to that but nice and compact and does the trick very very well.

The pump didn't work properly. The air hose just blew out water instead of sucking in air and got water all over my floor.

I completely love this little unit. I got it for $88 and change (CAN) and it is money well spent. I read a lot of reviews on this before buying it. Most of the poor reviews complained of water coming out the air hose and making a mess, flooding etc. If this happens to you, this means you have your air hose connector installed on the water pump backwards. Keep the air hose on where it is, but pull the "T" hose of the pump, turn it around and plug the other end in. You should now have no water coming out of the air hose and bubbles in the water flow... I have now cloned and rooted tomatoes, and my little medicinal plants...amazing. Way better than the rockwool cubes and faster! Very happy consumer here!

I really like this box, the only thing I can say is that the one I received seems a lot more shallow in person, works the same I would think just not as much root room as the picture makes u believe. All in all a good buy though and we’ll worth the small fee
