Count and sizes matter on whether or not they are individually wrapped. I bought mine in May, June and July of 2018 and they are individually wrapped. Mine are the "Carefree Acti-Fresh Ultra-Thin Panty Liners, Extra Long To Go, Unscented - 93 Count"....these are individually wrapped. The picture on the outside of the package shows a panty liner going into what looks like a purse. Hard to tell if it's a purse or the individual wrapper. If this helps the UPC is 10078300069932. Barcode 078300069935 Extra long size only. **Q: Do these liners contain a plastic foil?** A: They have a thin plastic backing on the panty side. **Q: Wrapped or not? Some say yes. Confused.** A: The extra long, 93 count, I received, Sept 2019, were wrapped. **Q: I have an older package of these - but the length opened is 6 inches long.
