Aftermarket Replacement for Dy-son DC25 Hose. Replaces part number 915677-09.

Perfect fit for our Dyson. Easy to install.

The clip on the original hose broke and the hose wouldn’t stay connected. Found this hose on amazon sold by Dyson and saw the great reviews. Can confirm it’s a quality replacement and very easy to replace. If the clip at the bottom is hard to move due to age, take a flat head to help push it down and the old hose should pop right off.

Works perfect! Longer than my original seems like better quality material too. Took a little muscle to get into place but no complaints - great price!

This saved me having to buy a new vacuum and it was fairly easy to install. You can EASILY find videos on YouTube on how to remove the old hose, and replacing the new one is just the reverse. Once you realize that in order to disengage the bottom part of the hose is by pressing a "hidden" button behind the canister, you're ready to go. BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE SEVERAL COMMENTS STATING THE BOTTOM PART OF THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT SNAP TO A DC25 DYSON. Almost true. And I almost thought I fell into that catagory. Especially with how easy snapping off the old hose was. FIRST and OBVIOUSLY: make sure it's completely lined up. SECONDLY: even when it is all lined up, it will feel as if it doesn't push down enough to snap in, no matter how hard you push. REALIZE: the bottom part has a rubber seal/stopper at the end and it will be much more firm because it hasn't been used (especially compared to the rubber stopper on your old hose that has much more give). After realizing this, I simply used a flathead screw driver and pushed down the bottom base (I used the screw driver to push close to where the button snap is) and just use enough gentle force till it actually snaps in. Definitely try this before giving up.

Well fitting as original one. Good flexibility and cleaning/ suction performance compared to original ones. Appears well built and hopefully will last as this hose made my 20 yrs old vacuum working as new again. Will greatly recommend it.

There was a hole/tear near one of the hose collars so we finally had to replace this hose. Clicked in fine, no tears, no breaks. Hopefully this one will also last for 15 years. Don't bother using lower star reviews for anything since Amazon's new nonsense deselects and blocks access to low reviews. Write a '5 star review' even if a product is bad and leave the comments you would normally leave in a 1 star review so that at least other customers can learn what is going on. Don't be afraid to mention why you are writing it in that way.

Looks, fits and works great. Would buy again, and I highly recommend it. I'd never know it wasn't a genuine Dyson part, except that it only cost a fraction what the 'real' one costs.

My wife needed a replacement hose for the Dyson hoover as the one being use split, this one was ordered because the site stated it was the real deal. It is well made and fitted just right although a little tight but works okay so wife is happy and l get brownie points.

These are normally easy to fit, but it seems that the seal on the lower end is now made of harder material, and needs much more downward force to get the retaining clip on the rear of the bottom hose part, into the square slot in the body. To be sure it has clipped in properly, check that you can only see the thin "tail" at the top of the clip, and NOT the step part of it, 2cm down. If not, try pushing down on the round lower part of the hose, at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock position, until you hear or feel the click.
