Belts are great
Belts are really good. But the tool itself not so great. Angle adjustment so so. Tough to get a good angle edge. And it need tape on it so your blade doesnโt scratch. I just do it by hand now. Again belts are great! Razor edge, then leather belt on the 1x30, mirror razor.

Practice On A Cheap Knife
All belts under 800 are too aggressive if you already have a profile. 800 works great, afraid to use 1000 since it looks like plastic? Scary moving blade into an oncoming belt, wish I had gotten the other one that grinds with the belt going away, but wouldn't have exposed enough belt on the sander I have. Steak knives are too small, the gap between guide and belt is too great.

Almost sent it back by mistake. Ref WEN 1X30 model 6515
Almost sent it back by mistake. Initially I thought the angle guide would just slip easily on as show in the video. On my WEN 6515 1 X 30 it was a tight fit. On the second try to install I tapped on the angle guide with a rubber mallet and slipped on. Other wise, fast shipping, belts and angle guide look like good quality.

A little sloppy.
A cheap tool cheaply made. It will get the job done if used carefully with precision alignment tools.

Good and bad
First off like some of the other reviews when using the guide it bounces and chatters, basically useless and I broke a 120 belt right off the bat because of the guide. Good thing I have lots of 120 grit. Second I took a Zwilling J.A. Henckels cleaver, 200.00 dollars, that has been in my family for 30+ years and made it razor sharp again. It was so abused that there was no sharpening it because the edge was so far gone. I started with the 120 to reshape the edge and only needed to go to 800 with stropping to get a mirror finish and I can push the cleaver threw newspaper with ease! The best part, it took less then 10 minutes to do!! Probably not recommended for the beginner to free hand sharpen a knife on a sander but you got to start somewhere sometime. Wear your safety goggles and face shield and do not forget gloves!!! Two knives sharpened so far as for longevity I can not say, belts still look new.

Really Bad Quality Product
The belts are REALLY BAD QUALITY and tore in the first 30 second of use and wasn't even able to sharpen one knife.
