Tea Tree oil can be pretty strong, but in this shampoo it's perfect. I buy the refill size; I have to use a smaller bottle due to the limited height provided in my built-in shower shelf. This shampoo lathers a lot, so it doesn't require much. In fact, I take my washcloth and use the excess lather all over my body. It's definitely a great product at a great price for the amount you get. Just avoid your eyes because it will burn, but then again, so does so many other soaps and shampoos.

I have purchased this product multiple times due to its reasonable price and quality. I have purchased other tea tree shampoos and I could hardly detect any tea tree scent or tingle. This shampoo has lots of both. I have short and straight hair and it does the trick for me. If you are using name brands, try this if you want to save some money!

This is the best product that gives you your bang for your buck. I have really bad dandruff that makes my hair look like it’s infested with lice and someone crumbled feta cheese on top. Highly recommend.

My objection is to the very strong scent. I've used it twice and can't continue. The texture of the shampoo is thick and smooth-feeling. I like how it feels rubbing it through my hair. But I just can't get past the strong scent enough to continue using it. I really wanted to give it a try more for my scalp than my hair. Ruth Jackins

Excellent rendition of the name brand equivalent product. Very happy with this generic version. This shampoo smells great, provides a nice tingling on the scalp and lathers really well! Great quality, thickness, texture, scent and price. Can’t be beat, but too bad you have to pay extra for shipping.

Great value, great shampoo. I wish there was a wider range of generic brand products available on Amazon.
