How many iu in 1 drop (.5 ml)? is .5ml one drop? how many drops do i need to take to get 5000 iu?

Sorry, I dont know. I only took 1 dosage and threw it away cuz the taste was so disgusting. My 1st D3 liquid was from big box store that starts with “W” and it was flavorful. I loved it, but they quit making or selling. I now take a gummy d3 vitamin that is much more delightful.

Should this be kept in refrigerator?

No, I ended up throwing this product in the trash the taste is just like castor oil. I've brought another type of vitamin d from Walmart it tastes a hell of a lot better than that mess..

Can this be applied topically?

It would not be absorbed as well. You could probably add to non-acidic juice if taste is an issue. It actually does not taste bad and the 5,000iu is a very small amount. Hope this is helpful.

Is this compatible with calcium?

Yes, vitamin D3 works along with calcium to help prevent brittle bones. My understanding is that vitamin D3 helps calcium be absorbed in your body.
