Would these be effective for camel toe issues with leggings?

Probably not. I would think that they would add to the camel toe but not stop it.

They are panty liners so they only come in one size “one size fits all.”

What are the liners made of?

Not sure what the liners are made of but trust me, you don't want to buy them. They are the smallest, thinnest liners I've ever seen. They might hold two drops, but they bunch up, they really bunch up.

Best pantiliners in my picky opinion

These are comfortable, they do not smell of perfume, they have a soft cotton consistency verses the mesh or plasticky material that other liners have and they stay on my underwear. I love the giant box and buy them regularly. I cannot find them in stores I look so I'm so happy amazon carries them

I live in a hot humid place. The adhesive keeps liner in place well. When it is time to take it off it removes easier than Uline. Seems gentler on my fabrics.
