How is the handle on the gift set? looks different than the standard rubberized fusion proshield handle. is it a cheaper version?

It is not nearly so nice as the standard handle. Feels cheap. I sent mine back.

What's the primary material the handle is made from e.g. Metal, rubber, plastic, kryptonite? I get is has a rubberized handle, what the rest made of?
