The Navy twist looks to be kind of purple?

I don’t know about the Navy twist but I ordered the pink twist and it looked nothing like the picture. It was tan with the faintest hint of pink in it, maybe.

Would this fit a 11 year old?

Yes it will. You would have to place it around your neck a certain way, when you double it it’s looks longer in the front and hangs down lower. I have a shorter neck and I have a distance to walk to work I like for it to cover my mouth too it works
