From side to side (inside dimensions) it is approximately 5 9/16 inches wide (142mm). If that is close to your nuvi's screen size (or a little less), then it should work. If the nuvi 65LM's screen side is much smaller than that, it might slip off or shift around with vibration. But you can see the shape of it from the photos. You'll have to measure your nuvi and see where the vertical members would sit against your GPS and determine whether that's what you want or not.
