This is actually brilliant. My 10 year old daughter has been using this daily as a journal and positive affirmations book to help manage her anxiety. She has found this beneficial. There are different activities for every day, so it’s not always “what is good about today” which is nice for variety. There is also free doodle pages so she gets to draw and colour which she loves. Overall excellent purchase. 100% recommended and I would buy again.
