Defect in the light
The first gen of the product has a bad defect. It comes with a T connector but the connector cable is to short and T does not fit inside light. To connect these u must double back with the cables effectively allowing at most 7 foot spacing. U must also buy additional cables to connect all the wires together in series. The good news is that Phillips has fixed this and the current pictures have the revised addition with the connector wire exiting the case. Bad news is that Amazon will probably ship u an opened old one. Tried to work with Phillips on this and it was like talking to a brick wall. They do not acknowledge problem even though ot looks like it has been fixed. Lost a whole lot of respect for Phillips. Beware with this product…..,should have been recalled

This unit is constructed quite well, good quality light. It’s quite bright and makes any outdoor patio any color of your choice. A good buy!

Item arrived in open and damaged box
3 stars since the Item arrived in a damaged and open box. I will test the item on Wednesday when the electrician comes to install the item and I will update the review accordingly. However at this time I can say that the item is not new and has been returned.

Beautiful Ambiance Lighting
Great Ambiance lighting. You need a power supply and bridge. Just letting you all know. I have about 18 lights in my backyard and these were added behind the grill area. Look beautiful. Bad side was Amazon. First two I ordered came perfect as they were shipped in a box. Second two came individually and horrible broken products. Amazon replaced and same issue. Seals broken. Box and items damaged. Asked for manager and they can’t seem to figure out to ship in a box. On replacements three times now. Also be sure to check your product. Amazon has a huge issue lately with open box and seals broken with swapped products inside. Some of the hue not even the correct item. They told me to go to Hue instead of them taking ownership.

Actualizacion... la devolucion se solicito el 18 de noviembre, pasarían el 20, al dia de hoy 03/12 no han pasado y no hay forma de contactar servicio al clliente }
