Well,you have to persevere and use it at least 2 times a day,seems to improve lung capacity..does what it says.

Good one. Once you understand that instead of blowing. We should suck the air so that we are exercising our inspiratory muscles. It makes sense and make us work on it. It's a good one. It definitely helps focus on breath and calm our nerves too

I tried this upon arrival and it didn't work. Being a typical kind of bloke I hadn't read the instructions and just moaned about how useless it was. A friend then came round and picked it up and it worked perfectly! If only I knew you had to inhale not exhale, of course I never mentioned this fact to him :)
