Inexpensive and great quality!

I bought Iberia Marsala Cooking Wine because I wanted to feel like a fancy chef, and let me tell youโit delivered. One splash of this, and suddenly, Iโm talking with my hands like Iโm on a cooking show, even though my only audience is my cat. The flavor? Rich, slightly sweet, and 100% capable of making me believe I know what Iโm doing. I poured some into my chicken marsala, and BAMโinstant restaurant-quality dish (or at least, my family didnโt complain for once). The bottle? Classy and deceptively professional-looking. Worked great for our recipe
We recently made a stuffed mushroom dish by a well known food network personality. Her recipe called for this wine as an ingredient. I am not a professional cook or even a hobbyist cook, however I like to cook and grill trying new dishes as often as I can. The recipe worked out great and I'm assuming this wine was good as well because the stuffed mushrooms turned out very tasty. The bottle is fairly large in size and should last us a while. It comes in a plastic bottle which some may have an issue with -- I don't. The bottle came shipped well packaged, sealed and in tact. Price was similar if not better to local markets.
