Nupercainal Hemorrhoidal Ointment 2 Oz, 3 Count

Great product used for years and not just for hemorrhoidal issues. My mother used it on a bad burn on my forearm (maybe 2" in diameter) back in 72' never even got scar tissue from the burn. How bad was the burn, a friend was using a street flare he turned into me and pressed the burning end into my arm, rinsed with cool water until mom showed up with Nupercainal. Numbed it and never had any other issues with the burn. So I keep it as a first aid cream as well. But you should always go to the doctor with any serious burns. I am not recommending that you use this for any other reason other than described on the box.

I started using Nupercainal years ago when I did a lot of cooking and got a lot of burns on my hands from the oven.. I would apply it to my burn and the pain would be gone in a matter of minutes. It was off the market for awhile but I'm glad to say it's back and it really works to soothe irritation and burning. A wonderful product and I would never be without it.

THE PRODUCT IS THE BEST I'VE FOUND FOR PRICE AND NO PRESCRIPTION.THE PROBLEM I HAD WITH THIS ORDER IS THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 3-2oz TUBES IN ONE ENVELOPE, BUT WHEN I OPENED IT THERE WAS ONLY ONE TUBE.---TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO TELL AMAZON ABOUT THIS IS A JOKE. YOU JUST KEEP GOING ROUND AND ROUND NOT FINDING A DROP DOWN FOR THIS PROBEM.,OR PHONE NUMBER OR E-MAIL ADDRESS.

So first the old Nupercainal disappears--OK, it was yellow and a bit greasy but it worked fine and was long-lasting. Then another company puts out the same 1% Dibucaine in a clear long-lasting gel that is reasonably priced and works just as well. Then this new Nupercainal appears--it too is now in a clear gel and works for...about 2-3 hours and then must be reapplied or you wind up uncomfortable--not good. Then the "other companys" excellent gel disappears from the market with left-overs going for $30 on ebay. There is something wrong with this picture.

I tried many different items 9n the market for this very unpleasant occasional discomfort. And I can tell you that this worked for me. I think I this is the only non-prescription OTC medicine that is with this numbing agent to help you with pain and reasonable price that actually works. I would definitely buy more.

For those with hemorrhoids, or other activities that impact the region this is intended for - yes - once you use this for hemorrhoids you may never go back to the other routines. Basically, use generously.. wait 5 minutes.... do your business... then pain relief for 8 hours. I don't want to know the other uses but I do know that with this product - 1 v 0 hemorrhoids from now on.

This is the greatest stuff ! I don’t have hemorrhoids . But I use it for sunburn, insect bites and burns or blisters.I keep a tube in my purse, in the kitchen and in every bathroom. It is the best product I have ever found !!!

I had issues in my rectal area for over 18 years, to the point of getting so sick I was afraid to eat for fear of the pain. Other than compounded pharmacy products, this is the only otc ointment I have ever had any luck with. It DOES take the pain away a little and sometimes just a little is all that matters. I've used it for years, and my mom also used it clear back in the 70's and 80's as far as I know. Anyway, it's the best and it's also the only thing I use for antibiotic ointment too, for cuts and painful blisters, etc.
